Luxoft's Employer Brand Communication
Together with the team, we developed an Employer Brand Communication Approach that engaged both current employees and future candidates. Using a friendly, human-centered design, we combined educational content with an authentic tone to create a relatable brand presence. By crafting cohesive materials across channels, we highlighted company culture, values, and career opportunities. This approach fostered loyalty and attracted top talent through a transparent employer brand.
